Can I leave a product review?
Yes! Registered customers can leave reviews directly on product pages. Reviews are encouraged and moderated by Time4SelfLove. By submitting a review, you grant Time4SelfLove the right to use and publish it.
Can I request a custom blend?
Yes! Ann offers personalized aromatherapy consultations and custom blends. You can reach out by email (preferred) at time4selflovehhi@gmail.com, or via the Contact form at time4selflove.com/contact to discuss your needs. Custom blends can also be discussed in person at local markets.
Can I get a product personalized as a gift?
Yes. Many products offer gift wrap options (e.g., a decorative burlap bag) at checkout. You can also contact Ann directly to discuss custom gifting options or special requests.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrap can be selected at checkout for applicable products such as the Lotion Bar and Lip Balm. Products come wrapped in a reusable bag.
Are all products 100% natural?
Yes. All products use only pure, organic, and wild-harvested botanical ingredients. There are no synthetic fragrances, no parabens, and no harsh chemicals or additives.
Do you use fragrance oils in your products?
Never. Time4SelfLove uses only essential oils with their natural therapeutic properties. Fragrance oils can be harmful and are never used.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All products are made with natural, organic ingredients and no synthetic additives. However, because everyone's skin is unique and some products contain nut oils or other potential allergens, a patch test before regular use is always recommended — especially for people with sensitivities or allergies. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours before broader use.
Do your products contain nut oils?
Some products contain nut-derived oils (e.g., Shea butter from the African shea tree). Always review the ingredient list for each product carefully before use if you have nut allergies.
Are your products vegan?
Most products use beeswax (e.g., lotion bars, lip balms, salves), which is an animal by-product. They are not strictly vegan, though they contain no animal-derived proteins or synthetic ingredients. Products that are vegan - like our dry perfumes - are explicitly listed on the website.
How long do products last / what is the shelf life?
Shelf life varies by product. Because products are made with no synthetic preservatives, they are best used fresh. Vitamin E oil is added to many formulas to extend shelf life naturally. Check individual product pages for specific guidance, and always store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
