WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

​​Note about third‑party venues: This Workshop Cancellation Policy applies only to workshops where time4selflove collects your payment directly.  For workshops where payment is collected by a host venue (such as a store, museum, or community organization), that venue’s own registration and cancellation policies apply.  Please refer to their policy or contact them directly with any questions about refunds or credits.

  1. If you need to cancel, please email us at time4selflovehhi@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  2. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.

  3. Cancellations made between 2 and 13 days before the workshop date are non‑refundable. Instead of a refund, we’re happy to offer you a time4selflove.com online shopping store credit for the full amount, which can be used for products only (not future workshops).

  4. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop are non‑refundable and not eligible for store credit.

  5. If you cannot attend, you may always send someone in your place at no extra charge. Please email us the new participant’s name and email at least 24 hours before the workshop.

If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for your registration to your original payment method.  We are not responsible for any additional costs such as travel.

What is the story behind Time4SelfLove and who is the founder?

Time4SelfLove was created by Ann De Corte, a passionate NAHA certified aromatherapist based on Hilton Head Island, SC. Ann's journey began in 2020 with a simple belief that nature provides everything we need to nurture ourselves. After years of learning and creating (2021-2024), the brand officially launched in 2025 with a growing collection of over 20 unique products. What started as homemade gifts for loved ones grew into a purpose-driven brand.

What is the philosophy behind Time4SelfLove?

Time4SelfLove is an aromatherapy space where passion, purpose, and nature meet. The mission is to customize products for each individual's unique body, mind, and soul — promoting holistic wellness through natural, organic aromatherapy.

Where are Time4SelfLove products made?

Time4SelfLove is based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina where all products are handcrafted in small batches by Ann De Corte. Ann is originally from Belgium, but lived in Michigan and Pennsylvania before she relocated mid-2025 to HHI.

What types of products does Time4SelfLove sell?

The collection includes Lotion Bars, Lip Balms, Perfumes, Facial and Body Oils, Roll-Ons, Bath Salts, Hand & Body Scrubs, Balms & Salves (including Breathe Salve, Chest Rub, Healing Salve), Body Butters, and Aromatic Clay Diffusers. The collection keeps changing and expanding.

Does Ann have formal training in aromatherapy?

Yes. Ann is a NAHA Certified Aromatherapist. NAHA is the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. She is a student of the School of Aromatic Studies with Jade Shutes, where she studied essential oils, botanical formulations, and aromatic blending and their impact on mental health. She considers herself a "forever student" and continuously deepens her knowledge. Her training informs every product she creates.
