What are the shipping rates? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are based on order subtotal (before tax): orders under $40 at $10 flat rate; orders $40-$59.99 at $7; orders $60 and above ship for free.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays or high-demand periods, and you will be notified if that is the case.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, distance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on the carrier's website.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Please contact Time4SelfLove as soon as possible via the Contact form or at time4selflovehhi@gmail.com. Ann will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy? Can I return a product I simply didn't like?
Because products are handcrafted personal care items that cannot be resold once opened, returns for personal preference or change of mind are not accepted. However, claims are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrived broken/damaged, had a missing item, or were the wrong product - with photo proof required. Time4SelfLove does not offer cash refunds. Eligible claims are resolved via an exchange (replacement product) or store credit.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
You must contact Time4SelfLove within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, refunds, exchanges, or store credits cannot be offered.
What happens if my order arrives broken or incorrect?
Contact Ann within 7 days with a photo of the product and packaging showing the issue. She will either send a replacement of the same item (or something similar if unavailable) or issue store credit for the item's value.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If Ann ever asks for an item to be shipped back, she will cover the return shipping cost.
Do I need an account to shop on the website?
Yes. A customer account is required to make a purchase on time4selflove.com. Guest checkout is not available. This account also enables you to leave feedback after your purchase.
