Another block of life

May the start of this New Year bring you inspiration to creating many blocks of life. The size of these blocks doesn’t really matter, even the smallest blocks are meaningful. The most important thing is that we keep on building every day. Step by step. Alone or with some help.

Here are some blocks I have built little by little. I am very honored and grateful to have been able to lay them down the way I had envisioned. It took time and patience and sometimes a little motivation to continue learning. But when passion takes over, no mountain is too high!

It all started with a free online Introduction to Aromatherapy with Jade Shutes:

My journey didn't end here!🤣I was smitten. I wanted more, so I took the Foundations in Aromatherapy course that I finished by the end of April 2023. Since then, I feel I have evolved so much in creating better products.

By the end of May 2023, I took the Carrier Oil Palette course that gave me a better understanding and deepened my knowledge of the carrier oils, herbal oils, CO2 extracts and butters.

For the moment, I am enrolled in the Aromatic Medicine certificate course. This is just for my personal enjoyment and interest. I love learning more about the human body. This course has helped me better understand how an homeostatic imbalance happened. I began to see how essential oils could be used how to help to support the physiology of the body rather than to treat a dis-ease.

I have just completed the Anatomy and Physiology course. My intentions are to graduate in 2024.
