Dry Perfume Fleur d'âme
A dry perfume is a solid perfume made with waxes and oils. It stays closer to the skin and often lasts longer than a spray perfume. And they are most portable and mess-free.
Ingredients:
🌿 Jasmine & Candelilla wax. No beeswax; this is a VEGAN product!
🌿 Essential oils: Geranium, Patchouli, Rose & Vetiver.Geranium, Jasmine & Rose essential oils are distilled from flowers or flowering parts and are known for their soft, sweet, emotion‑balancing aromas that support relaxation, self‑love, and skin care.
Patchouli and Vetiver together create a deeply earthy, woody, and grounding scent profile often described as "nature-like" or "humid forest."
Patchouli adds a rich, sweet, and slightly musky warmth, while Vetiver brings a dry, smoky, and green grassy contrast. Together, they form a robust, sensual, and sophisticated aroma.
Where to apply perfume and why?
To make sure the aroma is the best experienced and last longer, put it on your pulse points such as wrists, inner elbows, behind the ears, and the neck. These areas emit heat, which helps to diffuse the scent more effectively.
The most popular spot for applying perfume are the wrists, partly because they are close to the hands. Scent is often shared when people shake hands, so applying perfume on that spot can enhance this effect in social interactions.
Keep the dry perfume in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, to preserve its texture and aroma. Use within the year.
Always essential oils, never fragrance oils!
We only use essential oils in our products. We never use the 60%-95% cheaper chemical fragrance oils you will find in a lot of products at other stores.
Origin
Essential oils come from plant parts like flowers, leaves, or bark via steam distillation or cold pressing, capturing the plant's natural essence. Fragrance oils, however, are lab-created using synthetic chemicals, to replicate scents.Uses and Benefits
Essential oils suit aromatherapy due to therapeutic properties, like easing headaches with peppermint. Fragrance oils excel in candles, and soaps for their strong, consistent throw and longevity under heat. Although fragrance oils should not be used in skin care, a lot of (online) vendors do.Eco-Wise Packaging, Every Time!
