Body scrub in a floral jar
Ingredients:
🌿Epsom & Himalayan pink salt
🌿Coconut oil
🌿Essential oils: Cinnamon leaf, Clove, Frankincense, Lavandin
🌿Dried herbs: Cinnamon, Clove
Indulge your skin and senses with this luxurious, nature-inspired body scrub. Finely ground Himalayan pink salt and pure Epsom salt work in harmony to gently exfoliate, removing dull, dry skin while replenishing essential minerals.
Infused with a carefully selected blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils and aromatic dried herbs, this scrub not only polishes the skin to a silky smooth finish but also offers an uplifting aromatherapy experience.
Rich in natural trace elements, the salts help promote circulation and leave the skin feeling soft, nourished, and refreshed. Ideal for revitalizing the body, soothing tired muscles, and creating a radiant, healthy glow.
Wet the skin in the shower (or in foot/hand bath if using scrub for the feet or hands).
Apply the scrub to desired area (e.g. the legs) and gently massage the scrub onto the skin. Avoid pressing down too hard, just a light pressure as you massage the scrub onto area selected.
Continue to apply the scrub to various areas of the body (e.g. the arms, back, shoulders, neck, and bottom).
Rinse the scrub off with warm water and pat dry.
Tip: After leaving the shower and while the skin is still slightly damp: apply a body oil or lotion to nourish, protect, and support hydration of the newly exfoliated skin.
How often can I use this scrub?
Body exfoliation can be done up to 3-5 times a week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity. For hand and feet exfoliation, this can be done as often as needed or desired. Are there contraindications to exfoliating?
Do not exfoliate on open wounds, thin or broken skin, or when a chronic inflammatory skin condition is present.
Avoid exfoliants on sunburned skin or immediately after waxing or shaving. Wait 24 to 48 hours after shaving or waxing to use the body scrub.
Avoid exfoliants on varicose veins and moles, as use of exfoliants in these circumstances may increase irritation or complicate the condition.A body scrub has a shelf-life of approximately 6-12 months or more. It's recommended trying to use it within 3 months to receive its full vitality.
Always essential oils, never fragrance oils!
We only use essential oils in our products. We never use the 60%-95% cheaper chemical fragrance oils you will find in a lot of products at other stores.
Origin
Essential oils come from plant parts like flowers, leaves, or bark via steam distillation or cold pressing, capturing the plant's natural essence. Fragrance oils, however, are lab-created using synthetic chemicals, to replicate scents.Uses and Benefits
Essential oils suit aromatherapy due to therapeutic properties, like easing headaches with peppermint. Fragrance oils excel in candles, and soaps for their strong, consistent throw and longevity under heat. Although fragrance oils should not be used in skin care, a lot of (online) vendors do.Eco-Wise Packaging, Every Time!
