Ingredients
🌿 Jojoba oil, Epsom & Himalayan pink salt with arnica.
🌿 Essential oils: Lemon Myrtle, Lavender, Rosemary & Kunzea.
🌿 Dried flowers: Lavandin.

Taking a bath isn’t just about getting clean. It supports holistic well-being. It nurtures the body, mind and emotions all at once.

When added to a warm bath, essential oils release natural scents that activate the olfactory system, directly influencing our limbic system, our brain’s center for mood, emotions and memory.

Preparing for a bath is as important as relaxing in it... ME-TIME is necessary to recharge the batteries.

Less is more. You only need to add 1 to 2 spoons to have an aromatic experience. Add 2-4 spoons - depending on personal preference - of your bathing salt from glass container.

Try this total relaxation experience by making the room as dark as possible. Put some candles or some lights on the edge of the bath (I use the ones from Ikea - an apple and a pear). Soak into bath for at least 20 minutes to reap the benefits. Enjoy and relax. Breathe deeply. Take a shower afterwards if desired, especially when you have dry skin. After taking a salt bath, it is a good choice to drink plenty of water to help rehydrate and rid your body of toxins.
