  • We accept claims within 7 days of delivery for broken, missing, or incorrect items (photo proof required).

Return and Refund Policy (the "legal version")

​​​​We want you to love your aromatic goodies as much as we love 💛 making them.  Because our products are handcrafted and can’t be resold once opened, we keep our return policy simple and fair.

  1. Timeframe
    If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

  2. What’s Covered
    We happily consider exchanges or store credit if:
    •    Your item arrived broken or damaged,
    •    An item was missing from your order, or
    •    You received the wrong product.

  3. Proof
    To help us make it right quickly, we’ll need a photo of the product and packaging showing the issue.

  4. Exchanges & Credits
    •    Exchanges are our first choice — we’ll send a replacement of the same item (or something similar if it’s unavailable).
    •    If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s value.

  5. Shipping Costs
    If we ever ask for an item to be shipped back, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  6. What’s Not Covered
    Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind. Opened or used products are also not eligible.
